This tea is made from steamed fresh-squeezed lemonade, jade citrus mint tea, peach tea, and is finished with honey and peppermint. It is 100% my go-to for when I’m feeling under the weather or need something to warm me to my core.
Earlier this year my SIL was under the weather and asked if I could grab her some medicine ball tea from Starbucks while I was out. I didn’t know what it was, but was happy to oblige and swung through the drive-through.
As soon as the tea was passed off to me, I regretted not getting some! It smelled divine and somehow therapeutic. The next time I went through the drive-through I grabbed myself a Medicine Ball and I’ve been hooked ever since!
I’ll normally take coffee over tea, but this tea was so full of flavor! It’s tart and sweet, lemony and peachy, and has a hint of honey and peppermint. The taste is actually hard to describe, but it’s the epitome of comfort in a cup.
Not only that, but it offers a serious pick me up when I’m not feeling great. So much so, that I’m almost convinced it gets me back on my feet quicker than without it.
That being said, Starbucks hasn’t made a name for itself by offering bargain drinks, so I opted to try and make a copycat at home. After a few failed attempts, I think I’ve hit it on the head. I hope you enjoy!

Notes
- I’ve tried substituting the teas for more cost-effective options, but I haven’t found anything that comes close. These are worth it for the end result!
- I just use a 2-cup liquid measure to boil my water and then prepare the tea.
