Nice to meet you! I’m Elizabeth. I’m married to my high school sweetheart, although we didn’t go to the same high school (hubby was homeschooled). We have a beautiful daughter, and I’m currently expecting a baby boy!
I started this blog sharing gluten free recipes because I wanted to offer the hope of delicious options for those who had just started their gluten free journey, or were in a rut with their meals. I grew up in a family that loves food, and my parents graciously let me experiment in the kitchen a lot as a kid. Cooking has always been fun for me, and it’s something I keep refining over the years.
Home decor and raising kids (specifically the possibility of homeschooling) have been more recent passions of mine, and I’ve had the desire to share that journey with others as a non-expert. It can be really overwhelming to start down a path and only have the examples of those with years of experience. I hope to be an encouragement to other homemakers in a way that’s real, relatable, and ultimately helpful.
